You decide! We deliver with Postnord, and you can choose which of their agents you want the package to. You choose the delivery location when you pay at the checkout.
As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. You track your package by clicking “Track your package” in the delivery confirmation email.
Yes, if you live along a rural post carrier line. Contact PostNord and they can deliver notified packages to your home at no extra cost. You need to be at home when the shipment is delivered.
It is easy to change or change the delivery address if you have not entered a social security number in your customer profile. Log in and go to my pages and ” My profile” , here you can easily change your address under Customer & contact information before completing the purchase. If you pay in installments or shop by invoice, we do not change the delivery address for your security.
At the checkout, you can always choose where you want Normal Parcel to be sent by changing the delivery location. Remember to make the change before completing the purchase!
For larger packages, either home delivery is offered with PostNord or Bring. Home delivery with PostNord costs SEK 545. If the order value is less than SEK 599, a fee of SEK 49.90 is added. The package is first delivered to a distribution terminal near you and then you receive an SMS from PostNord where, via a link, you can choose a date and time window for delivery that suits you. Remember that you must be at home to receive the package. If you requested that the package be left at your front door without a signature, you are responsible for the package yourself from the time the driver has left the delivery. Delivery takes place to your front gate if you live in an apartment or to the property boundary if you live in a villa. If you want to track your package, you can do so on PostNord’s website using the package number that appears in the delivery confirmation. For some lighter but cumbersome goods such as carpets, home delivery to the front door is the only possible delivery option.
As we send our goods from different warehouses and also offer home delivery, you cannot pick up your package directly from us.
