If you pay by invoice or partial payment, we send digital invoice information via email and notification via SMS. The invoice is sent to the email address you used when you made your purchase and you are only invoiced when the package has been sent from us. You can also view and pay for your purchases at elpy.com .
If you have an active Ellos account that you have applied for by September 3, 2023 at the latest, we will send you an invoice by post and notify you as above.
Billing will be from Elpy starting September 2023. You can log in to elpy.com and pay your bills digitally just like before, everything is just a little smoother. Physical invoices are still sent from Ellos, these contain the same information you can find on elpy.

If you have shopped with a monthly invoice or account and the return is registered after the invoice has been sent from elpy, you can deduct the amount for the item you have returned from the invoice amount. Then add SEK 50 in return fee per returned package. If it is home-delivered furniture or larger interior items that you have returned, you also add SEK 295 in return shipping. Then pay in the new amount. If the item you sent back is a complaint and it is approved by our returns department, you will of course not pay a return fee or return shipping for it.
If you have registered your return with a return code or QR code via ellos.se/returns , the return will be deducted from your invoice when you submit the return to the postal agent. For some goods, no return code or QR code is included, these returns are only adjusted when the return has been handled by our returns department and you have received a return confirmation via email. Your invoice will be updated within 24 hours after you have received the return confirmation.
Under My pages on elpy.com and in the elpy app, the latest invoice amount and previous invoices are displayed. Each invoice is also displayed as a PDF. The invoice is only created when we have sent your goods. You will receive the invoice by SMS and e-mail, and if you have an Ellos account that was created before September 4, 2023, your invoice will also be sent by post.
Yes, it’s going well! All information to pay can be found on elpy.com and in the elpy app. Here, information about your invoice and information for payment is displayed and you can pay the invoice with one click! If you would rather pay via your internet bank, you will find all the information under “Payment options” on elpy.
Enter your voucher code in the field for “Voucher” at checkout. Then enter your voucher code and click “add”. You then see the credit amount as a deduction from the total before you complete your purchase.
