These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the purchase and sale of products and services through mevnev.com (the “Site”).
These Terms are subject to change by MevNev, Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) without prior written notice, at our sole discretion.
The latest version will always be posted on this Site, and your continued use of the Site means you accept such changes. You should also carefully review our Privacy Policy before placing an order.
2. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products and services listed in your order.
All orders must be accepted by us before a contract of sale is formed.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order details.
You may cancel your order at any time before the confirmation email is sent by calling +233 545 223 117.
3. Prices & Payment Terms
(a) Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice.
The price charged is the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Taxes, shipping, and handling fees will be added to your total and displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel such orders.
(b) Payments
Payment must be received before an order is accepted.
We accept Stripe payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, etc.).
You confirm that:
The card information you provide is accurate,
You are authorized to use the card, and
You will pay all charges, including applicable taxes.
4. Shipments, Delivery, Title & Risk of Loss
We will arrange shipment of the products to you. Delivery options are provided on each product page.
You are responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery.
Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment (unless stated as non-returnable).
Products must be returned in their original condition.
To start a return, call +233 545 223 117 or email [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
No returns are accepted without an RMA.
You are responsible for shipping costs on returns.
A $10 restocking fee applies.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the same payment method used.
No refunds for products listed as non-returnable.
6. Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your location.
Who is Covered? Only the original purchaser.
What is Covered? Defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period.
What is Not Covered? Damage from transportation, misuse, failure to follow instructions, modifications, normal wear and tear, or external causes beyond our control.
Warranty Period: One year from the date of purchase.
Your Remedies:
Repair or replacement of defective products, or
Refund of purchase price.
We will cover shipping for warranty claims.

Limitation of Liability:
Our total liability will not exceed the actual amount paid for the product. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
We do not accept any liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product. We do not accept any liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-existent deliveries from suppliers. Furthermore, we do not accept any liability for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
